That would be Thursday, 8:30 EST, 9-10-09. Sundays most other week.

Edited to add/ If money was involved I probably wouldn't make many of these picks and I skimmed through http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Point_spread to learn what spread betting(In this case picking) is.

4. Betting the spreads is more challenging but more fun, IMO
Otherwise only a handful games are in question.

Many moons ago I bet money over an entire season and was lucky to come out ahead, but I'll never do it again -- too stressful and too much homework. Nothing to lose here but bragging rights.

5. Amen, to that Auggie.
I know prctically nothing about the Pro's. So, I figure it give's me an edge. Plus, it gives me a reason to follow it a bit closer. So, well done!

6. In your threads I'm just picking...
who I want to win. It makes it more fun to see how I do, otherwise I would've used my head and picked Notre Dame over Nevada. Just this thread I'm going to try out spread picking so I'm using my head a bit. Otherwise I would've picked New Orleans, Denver, etc.

7. It feels very wrong to type in "Detroit",
but 13 points are too many, even in New Orleans.

8. Although
the mood in Saintsville is very positive due to a great pre-season I think they'd rather play any other team then the Lions. There's a tad paranoia and some reliving of Tampa Bay coming to the SuperDome years ago to end their godawful losing streak. Then there's the voodoo graveyard curse thing. I'd be real surprised if the Saints cover the points.
