I'll bet he said S*** M* D***. I'm wondering what did the fan say to make him respond like that. How ghetto!

10. nothing has nothing to do with race in America
granted, I agree that the kids who use the word in that context aren't being intentionally racist - but the fact that the word is used tells us a lot.

7. Here it is (WARNING: Naughty words inside)
According to Bill Simmons, who was at the game:

Spree was heckled, turned to the crowd, and yelled "SUCK MY DICK!"

A woman stood up and admonished Spree for using that language in front of the children that were present.

Spree yelled "FUCK YOU, BITCH!"

How professional!

8. I'm unbothered by it
"fans" say appalling things at games and think their ticket entitles them to whatever kind of abuse they want to dish out. The Pistons/Pacers debacle has probably emboldened lots of losers who now feel free to act however they want and use whatever epithets they desire just to push players.

9. Having sat next to some awful hecklers (women included)
I'd have to know what that woman said before I'd feel comfortable condemning Spreewell (even though he's clearly not the classiest guy.)
