7. He had the dark patches under his eyes
written on with John 16:33 and his team got their asses handed to them by the Tide so he cried.

John 16:33:
These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world

10. Tebow was in a bar fight?
Edited on Mon Dec-07-09 04:27 PM by sharp_stick
Damn I thought he was Mr. Squeaky clean god boy for real. If he got into a bar fight I might have to like him a bit.

I never noticed a shiner, just the tears.

15. Ah that's too bad
People that are that "perfect" really creep me out. I'm always worried that they're going to find something bad in a crawlspace or something.

3. On the other hand, now that the game's over, they have to go back to freakin' Alabama.
Sour grapes aside, it was a solid, indisputable win, and I'm looking forward to the championship vs. Texas. After Alabama won, though I was actually kinda hoping Texas would lose to Nebraska -- all those lesser lights that have great seasons (Boise State springs immediately to mind) are constantly going on about how they would be able to go toe-to-toe, if only they had a shot at the championship. So, it would've been fun to see Alabama play the next team in the rankings -- TCU. As is, I'm curious to see the similarly aligned Sugar Bowl, pitting Florida against Cincy.

5. Now my beloved Gators can go back to being a secular team.
Congrats to Alabama. Even though the refs gave you every benefit of the doubt until the fourth quarter replay call, you won impressively in crushing fashion.
