And it doesn't work. What a shock! That missed FG and that failed TD was the game.

Bad coaching, bad coordinating, bad execution. Other than that, they did pretty well.

Have ball second and goal on two yard line--turn the ball over on downs. Goal line FAIL

Get the benefit of a non-call on pass interference where the defender straight out tackles the receiver, then subsequently throw an interception. FAIL

Get interception late in half and start on Chargers 27 yard line then have to settle for a 42 yard MISSED field goal. Failure to take advantage of gift horse FAIL

Score a rouchdown late to get close then FAIL to leave enough time on the clock (0:02) for an onside kick recovery.

5. 3D broadcast fails too

The Cowboys turned off the 3D broadcast on the $40 million video board with 8:10 left in the third quarter. It's surprising it took them that long. The switch back to good, old-fashioned HD brought on enormous cheers.

I still can't get over the absolute ludicrousness of this promotion. In essence, the idea was to take fans' attention away from the live action on the field and focus it on the video board. Those folks who paid to watch a game live and who refused to don the glasses and wanted to use the video board as a compliment to their experience instead got a nausea-inducing blurry broadcast.

this was to be a great new innovation.

I think he would have done better to have constant ads of concession food and drinks to increase sales. Like they do in movie theaters.
