What ever happened to the word no |
|
Tiger is obviously wrong in what he did but I ask the question "Why do the women have no role in this?"
Do they not have the ability to say no? Doesn't every father tell his son "no means no" and doesn't every mom tell her daughter not to go out with married men.
My take is that they are all golddiggers.

1. Maybe they didn't want to say no? |
|
As far as I can tell, it was consensual, and as far as I can tell, he wasn't linked to any married women...he was married and was looking...all the time, apparently.

There is right and wrong. dating a married man is just as morally wrong as having an affair. Why aren't they being shamed.

for the NY Post...yup, for some reason people, or at least the media, seem to want to hear what the other party has to say.

10. Yeah victims and "mistresses". |
|
A couple of them have been exposed as escorts and yet the Today Show has one of the alleged escorts on and lets her go on and on about how she felt hurt.
Here's news flash for all the alleged mistresses, unless Tiger is buying you a house and a car and not just paying for dinner and a room, then you're not a mistress.

Because they are just insignificant bit players in this soap opera. I do agree with your premise, they did wrong just as he did.

8. In this case, I think that the women were not being hypocrites |
|
I mean after all, they were porn stars and cocktail hostesses. No surprises. They weren't passing themselves off as squeaky clean family men - and raking in a billion dollars off the image.

9. Well, you undoubted know someone who goes to parties , , , |

. . . and greets every lady he meets with a crude proposition.
He doesn't care how many rejections he gets as long as one lady takes him up on it.

not receiving the same judgment as Woods. What they did was just as bad morally. they are golddiggers.

19. Who says they aren't? |
|
They are the butt of jokes, are being referred to by number, their personal lives are being plastered all over the place, they're getting called names (as on here) and will probably face a big backlash from Tiger Wood's fans. Really, there's no winners here. There can be wrong and wrong, you know. It doesn't have to be wrong and right.
I'm just surprised that people thought so highly of Tiger Woods to begin with.

they are going on TV and they are looking for their 15 minutes of fame. If they wanted to keep quiet then there would be absolutely no discussion. How about that one who went on the today show and called Tiger cheap. How in anyway is that relevant except character assassination.

22. It might be character assassination |
|
if Tiger Woods had any character to assassinate.
This is why a sport should not let an individual become bigger than the game. The NBA has been going this way for years, and the NFL isn't that far behind.

You were 13 when they won 33 in a row. I started watching him in'65. He was great. I met Bing with Ron Behagen in ATL in '83. I mentioned to Bing that I remembered when he jumped center for Syracuse and to Behagen when he and the Minnesota team beat up Luke Witte.
West and goodrich was a great combo- saw him score 42 in the NCAA championship game.
Knicks were the best eam at that time.
