1. Frightening. I'm doubling down with you
I'm a Cowboy fan, but I think the Vikings with their balanced offense will give the Boys trouble. The Cardinals played a roller coaster game, and they have to be spent. Plus, one day less of preparation. Indy is rested and at home, and San Diego has been playing lights out. The Jets would not have beaten Indy if the Colts hadn't rested their starters, and San Diego's offense (imo) is more powerful at this point. Jets are playing great, but they won't match up well against the Chargers.

All the home teams cover this week.

2. You Have A Good List, But. . .
. . . i'll go with Dallas against the Vikes. It's only a home team spread, so that means even Vegas thinks it's a toss up.

4. A weeks rest has to be worth a lot this late in the season
And in a big game I like Favre over Romo.

How about the other games, Professor?

3. This is tough...I want to go with Indy and the Favor-ings, but only
to jinx them...however, I tried that with the ex-Colts last week and it didn't work.

8. New Orleans Defense is the healthiest its been since October
Especially the backfield. I'll have to go with all home teams this time around.

If there is a surprise this weekend, I think it will be in San Diego.

9. Picks...
What the hell - let's take some risks.
I'm picking all underdogs.

Cardinals
Ravens
Cowboys
Jets

If the Jets and the Ravens both win, then the Jets can close out GiantsJets Stadium in style.

10. Nawleans, Baltimore, Minnesota, San Diego...
My gut says go with all home teams, but too many people have already picked that, so I'm just trying to mix it up a bit.

17. Picks
N.O. wins by less than 7, so pick Arizona
Pick IND wins and covers, over Baltimore

Pick MIN wins in the week-end's only blow-out, over Dallas
S.D. wins by less than 7, so pick N.Y. Jets

Congratulations if your team(s) won this weekend. Condolences if they lost. I'd be thrilled if the 49ers, Raiders or Browns could get this far.

Conference picks will be posted a little earlier this week if the injury reports don't look too severe. See you then.

24. Woah, Chargers still got a shot, albeit a long one but I've seen it happen before
Anyways I'd love for the Jets to hold on, before the playoffs started I picked the Jets to win the AFC so hopefully I end up looking smart.

Reason picking the Jets: Gut feeling and I love a team that plays strong defense and runs the ball which are the two things the Jets are the best in the NFL at.

27. I have to remind myself constantly
BTW, it was tough call for me yesterday. I wanted both the Saints and Cards to succeed and obviously only one team could.

Do you think Warner be back next year? Or are the Cardinals ready to turn it over to Leinart?

28. I'm not sure
I'm leaning towards Warner not coming back. He stated concern after he got his concussion and he has 5 children to consider with his health going into another season.

Also he has regressed from last season, lower YPA and more INTs but still a solid season. Not sure if that is a trend or he is losing it.

Leinart has looked to me in limited action, he was shaky against the Rams and losing mop up duty against the Pack last game of the season but he was solid against the Titans and he looked good yesterday.. but I stopped watching after the Reggie Bush punt return for a TD.
