27.6 Million Watched USA-Canada Hockey Game in US |
|
Edited on Mon Mar-01-10 03:58 PM by MadBadger
As many as 34 million were watching when Zach Parise scored the game-tying goal. The 27 million is 10 million more people than watched the 2002 Gold Medal Game. Gary Bettman, you have the best opportunity in years to raise Hockey's profile in this country...don't screw it up. http://tvbythenumbers.com/2010/03/01/usa-vs-canada-gold-medal-hockey-most-watched-game-in-30-years-with-27-6-million/43413

2. What game were they watching? |
|
The winning goal was scored by Sid Crosby!
(Kidding - I think you just had a typo).

5. Game-tying not game-winning. |
|
According to the linked article, the viewership peaked for the game-tying goal at the end of regulation.
