As I "learned" last year, the only thing that's important is attendance. Wins, losses, and the MLB and government's tireless crusade against an innocent man who never KNOWINGLY took PED's, none of that is important. It's all about attendance.

Besides, admit it, you have more fun posting on the Giants' threads than talking about the Marlins anyway, don't you.

I ignore the sport so I don't recognize the player names. That's on my end, and I don't care how many games are celebrated, but it's unnerving when there's a vaguely titled Sports forum thread that I open and it turns out to be baseball related. Those posters deserve a fastball to the groin.

And to clear things up, I WAS a Rangers fan a long time ago in the days of Fergie Jenkins and Eddie Chiles. When * then Hicks took over and traded Sosa and payed Stray-Roid the record breaking salary, I quit. I hold out hope that Nolan Ryan (even if he is a quiet Republican) will turn things around.
