Just not in this forum so much. I guess I haven't been on DU so much as I have in past years, slowed way down in general.
Iowa started off 9-1 this morning, pretty smoking. I doubt anybody will challenge them for the team title.

3. Only lost one in the evening sessions, Wetzell. |
|
Eight in the quarters. Don't want to jinx them. Up 12 over Okie State.

4. I was just looking at that |

They're on fire. I think the potential Metcalf vs Palmer match up is great, but a part of me would like to be anticipating a Metcalf vs Caldwell rematch right now.

Utter domination. Five semi-finalists. Five finalists. No, I don't think we'll win all five. I'll say two. No matter. It's over. Iowa is the NCAA Champion for the third year in a row.

They got it wrapped up. Very impressed with the freshman Mcdonough, he upset former champ Escobedo to get into the finals.

9. Brands was always my favorite |
|
You just knew that guy was going to be a badass coach. And Zadick is a great guy, I know him some from MT wrestling, he has the perfect personality to be a coach, I imagine he complements Brands very well. Top notch head coach and a great staff all around, plus all that history.
I screwed up, I didn't realize it was going to be in Omaha this year, my two best friends from my hometown live there and are always trying to get me to visit. Ugh, I am an idiot. I should have gotten tickets long ago if I was paying attention, lol.

10. Now it's time for the individuals. |

Metcalf needs some payback. I think he'll do it. McDonough will win. 2 champs. 3 silvers.

11. I think they have a pretty good shot |
|
In all of those matches. Borschel and Lewnes might be the best battle of the night.
Something tells me Palmer is really on, hard to beat a guy when he's hitting on all cylinders like that but Metcalf is Metcalf and I expect Palmer won't be able to put legs in on him and ride him as easily this time.
