I Despise MLB.TV

I dont live in Baltimore, so every year I get MLB.tv to watch my Orioles lose a whole bunch of games. MLB.TV in theory is a great product, but every year mlb.tv and their staff screws things up. A of now, no archived games are working, just a blank screen. After signing up for the thing, they inform you that HD games via "nexdef" arent compatible with Windows 7. Not before you purchase do they tell you, but after. Fuck you very much Mlb.tv

2. I just watch all sports streaming these days.

The quality can be hit or miss, but I haven't paid for cable in over two years and yet I see more sports than I ever did before. :)

It gives me 3 links that says 'play'. The two StreamTorrent links don't work and gives me a prompt that says, "Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because the protocol (st) isn't associated with any programs.

(Ok-There are two links next that listed game, one is titled 'Brew Crew', do they work for you when you click on either one?)

8. You need to download the Stream Torrent plugin for the "ST" ones.

Stream Torrent is a separate program that most people are using for MLB. It works fine under Firefox. A lot of MLB streamers are using it, but it's hit or miss for me. It's a simple, small program. I've been using it for a couple years now with no problems. It starts slow, but after a minute or two it runs fine. It may even say "Done" in the lower left corner, but it give it a minute or two after that. I have the the Rockies game up....7 to 4 Milwaukee, bottom of the 8th. :)

11. Ah-nevermind

I have an ASUS 701 EEE PC that runs a linux so downloads are extremely difficult. I get that it's still simple to download stuff on a Linux system on other computers but not mine. I have to bring up a black screen and enter codes and shit. Downloading Firefox was a major headache. The only thing I've downloaded since was Gimp. An example of what I do is once I bring up the black screen I type "sudo bash" then wait. Then "apt-get whatever". :)

even though it doesn't list the Rockies game on right now, I'll check throughout the year to see if one pops up. NBA is no problem as I get all the Suns games and TNT/ESPN/ABC have excellent match-ups of other teams throughout the year to satisfy my fix. :) I could use that to find Coyotes games that are only aired on the radio locally but that shouldn't be a problem when the playoffs come as I imagine they will air all the games.

I appreciate your attempts to help me. I'll check justin.tv to see if the game is on there as that sometimes works me. Doesn't matter much as I got to leave in a hour. :hi:

16. Yeah, the time threw me for awhile as well.

In the top right corner of that page it will have the "server time" listed. Mine says 19:33 right now. The games start times are listed by that server time, so that helps make it easier.
