2. Nearly Impossible
The cap prevents a team from having a good enough roster to have enough guys to assure 10 dimes a game. Unless, of course, they bring in a good shooter (who doesn't get paid too much and LeBron doesn't take a max contract), and he reduces his points to 18 or so.

None of those situations seems probable to me.

You really think 1.4 assists more is "nearly impossible" to achieve?

I certainly don't think the marginal increase is *easy*, but I don't see it being anywhere in the vicinity of impossible.
