Celtic, Boca Juniors coming to Seattle to play Sounders..
Sounders FC announced two of its three international friendlies Wednesday, with games against Argentina's Boca Juniors, one of the most popular teams from South America, on May 26, and Scottish power Celtic of Glasgow on July 18.

"We promised our fans a diverse flavor of international soccer and are thrilled to bring Boca and Celtic to the Pacific Northwest," Adrian Hanauer, Sounders FC general manager and co-owner, said in a release. "These two storied clubs have secured their place as elite franchises during the last century.

Sounds good. If the past is any indication the matches will be televised on FSC...probably the Sounders network too.

They've still got room for another friendly. Like to see an EPL club booked. I've read where City and Spurs are even coming to NY this summer. Maybe one of them would like to take a detour to Seattle..

Pacific NW has really become a hotbed of soccer....it's great to see.

2. Seems like more European clubs are coming over
every summer. that's a good thing. Outlets like FSC, Gol, ESPN, Setanta (now FSC Plus) have really built up and maintained the fan bases. I believe I've seen every Arsenal match this year, in all competitions, either live or replayed....Just wish they'd come to America.

6. I would love it if Twente came over before we get N'Kufo
Just to see what he can do with a side he's comfortable on.
