Something Very Strange is Happening in Denver
According to ESPN(PTI Show) about 10 minutes ago. Today, Josh Mc Daniels, Head Coach of the Broncos, has compared Tim Tebow to Tom Brady.

This praise is growing in intensity as each hour passes, despite the fact that the rookie hasn't even taken a live NFL snap.

I find it very strange, that a head coach would make a statement that would put a questionable first round QB draft choice in such a position. I can see a fundy from Florida making this statement, but an NFL head coach?

What am I missing here? Any Broncos fans want to weigh in??

To me it looks like a kid in way over his head.

5. Like Tebow needs the extra pressure
Everyone saying he isn't an NFL QB.
Everyone saying he was drafted too high.
Biggest selling shirt (maybe generating a little resentment from other NFL players)
An experienced starter ahead of him and a supposedly talented backup too.
Now a coach that is elevating expectations even more.

Going from a college QB to an NFL QB is tough enough. Tebow seems to have the cards stacked against him.

6. Former Patriots assistant coaches have a thoroughly wretched track record as head coaches.
All sorts of fail once they leave the mothership.

7. Elway Excited For Tebow And Broncos
WESTMINSTER, Colo. (CBS4) ― Count John Elway as a big fan of Tim Tebow. In fact, the former Broncos quarterback thinks the future Broncos quarterback could one day be beloved in these parts just like himself.

"I think there's a connection already with Tim Tebow and the way he's acted, come in answered with the media, the type of person he is. He fits perfect into this community," Elway said. "I think that's why everyone is excited about him because they kind of feel like you know he's the next son of Denver. That's how I felt when I came in."

That's a huge endorsement from the original son of Denver. Elway spoke at length on Tuesday about Tebow and the Broncos after competing in the Colorado Golf Association 4-Ball tournment in Westminster. And while the two quarterbacks have never met, they have already communicated....

13. The man retired over a decade ago,
he hasn't played the game, or been involved in football operations since 1999. Why are his opinion(s) held in such high regard? Who the hell cares what he thinks?

11. I've been a bronco fan for over 30 years.
And I am done until this arrogant asshole is run out of town.
Just like he ran Cutler, Schefller, and Marshall out.
Last year, I watched one game...this year-NONE

12. He's got a case of...
..."If you are fortunate enough to spend five minutes around Tim Tebow, your life is better for it" disease.
