We knew he had talent (when he threw the no hitter) - then he lost his confidence - but the ace of the staff (a staff with Dice K, Lackey, Beckett and Lester), lowest ERA in the AL, and a contender for the Cy Young.

Nice to see him putting it all together!

last season...he and Lester are the best of the lot...the other 3 are over-paid under-performers.

I was never a Lackey fan. And Dice K....oh well.

Wonder if they should develop Doubront as a starter once he is done trying to rescue the bullpen this year???

say for AGon. I think we need the bat more long-term...we've got pitching and we've got more pitching on the way. Still, this makes me happy. The better he does, the less we'd have to package with him.
