Exotic American fare is on the menu for game day (delayed per the O-Zone).

LOL.

Most people call it gridiron here- but whatever the game, we in the Hunter region and Lake Macquarie say: Go Oregon!

3. I spent an entire football season in Mexico...
which incidentally coincides with futbol season. It was hard getting a tv at the bars, but Mexican men have a thing for cute gringas with tattoos :)
I'm happy to know that college football can be had elsewhere in the world. I'm planning on getting the hell out of here for awhile if I can.

Boomer Sooner!!

6. They gave up 720 total yards on offense to Oregon today- and 35 first downs

I suspect TCU is going roll over the rodents and their new young quarterback tonight though.

Edited on Sat Sep-04-10 09:11 PM by SpiralHawk
And Nebraska shoulda played Oregon.

Better for everybody

* WKU = Western Kentucky University

Nebraska presently beating WKU 49-10 with about 3 minutes to go...
