2. A little story...

In 1960 I was living in Kansas City. All the World Series games were during the day, so no student could follow the game at school. No TVs and I don't remember any radios.

I think game 7 was during the week and I was very disappointed that I missed it. Most of us hated the Yankees for reasons I've already mentioned. But there were some strange kids that for totally stupid reasons (Roger Maris?) liked the Yankees. I had a lot of fights with those kind of boys.

Well, about a week later some parent brought the edited game films to school and I got to see them after classes. I will never forget seeing Mazerowski's walk off home run on color film. I screamed with excitement for ever.
