7. Anyone in the SEC west |
|
There's 6 teams in the SEC West, 5 of them are top 25, and they all have to play each other.
The big 12 and the Pac-10 (I'll admit I'm not sure if you're talking about Oklahoma or Oregon) both have a total of 4 teams in the top 25. Oregon isn't even going to have to play a conference championship. Of the 4 Ranked teams in the Big 12, Oklahoma wouldn't even have to play one of them until the big 12 championship.
Oklahoma has or will play a #17, #21, #11, and #14 (FSU, Texas, @Mizzou and @OK St. and possibly a #5 in the big 12 championship) Oregon has or will play #9 Stanford and #18 Arizona (both at home).
Auburn has 4 top 12 teams with only Alabama on the road. LSU has 6 top 25 teams traveling to UF, Auburn and Arkansas. Alabama plays 7 Top 25 teams, 4 in the top 10, with 3 of the 7 on the road. And none of that even includes the SEC championship where the winner will play another ranked team that wins the SEC east.
You asked for a team with a harder schedule, I just gave you 3.

No one's!
Strength of schedule is probably the most subjective of all the crietria because it's based on rankings, which is sooooooooooooooo phucking subjective!

3. Some monster games coming.... |
|
Auburn-LSU. Wisconsin-Iowa. Elimination games every week. The argument over Boise and TCU will only grow more intense as the Big conferences knock the shit out of each other.

Boise State has no business of playing in the Championship game with their schedule. While Auburn will be playing LSU and Alabama, BSU will be playing Idahio and Fresno State. What a joke for them to be even ranked in the top 5.

there the Pac-10's Ducks sitting at #2. I don't see any Big Ten teams..Oh, wait a sec, there's the Spartans at #7, a position you know they'll eventually drop below. Looks like there will be NO Big Ten representative in the BCS Championship game once again. And considering the pathetic boring performance we saw from OSU in '06 and '07, can't say that I'm sorry..

They'll beat one or two of them, but not all three.

as an avid OU hater, I knew they would be at least #2, didn't expect them to be #1, but OU usually gets a lot of love from pollsters, and what not. After UT beat Neb, I knew OU would jump up very high...damn those Longhorns.
But, with the way OU is playing, they have had some close ones, I doubt they make through the Big 12 undefeated, and then the shit storm which is the BCS will continue to rage strong.
