Rogers has outplayed Favre in almost every area, and especially in consistency, since he took over. The Packers made the right choice. http://packersnews.greenbaypressgazette.com/article/20101121/PKR07/101121048

5. Well when Aaron Rodgers gets GB to at least a NFC championship |
|
game, you can say he at least has gotten a start. Come on. GB hasn't even had a SNIFF of a SB since Favre left. You tell me who is the better QB. All the bitterness has made GB fans lose their objectivity. Rogers is good but right now, he's like Tony Romo. Lots of stats no real accomplishments yet.

Looking at the play of the two since Favre left, the Packers have won more games with Rogers than they would have won if Favre had stayed. That's the real bottom line, not the old cliche about who won a Super Bowl. Perhaps the Packers will put together a team that gets to the Super Bowl, but Rogers can only control his play, and his play is quite impressive.
