So now we are paying two ex-coaches and one new one on the way.

1. Wonder what happens to Tebow

That is McDaniel's legacy there. I think Orton has played really well, not counting the last game though the Chief's defenders were all over Lloyd in that game. Moreno had a great game running the ball.

Not unexpected... just didn't expect it to happen so soon.

2. It was the whole SpyGate II thing per ESPN - that pissed Pat Bowlen off..
I bleed blue and orange so this is a bad day for me.
The Broncos haven't been relevant since Elway hung up his cleats.
We had a moment when Plummer got us to the AFC Championship game at home in Denver, but quickly proceeded to throw like 11 interceptions and it was all downhill from there.

How about we bring back Wade Phillips or Dan Reeves?
Just kidding.

6. Maybe he gets traded to Jacksonville after all
so he can perform the First Miracle of St. Timmeh and resurrect a franchise from the dead. :sarcasm:

7. FYI: Jacksonville is in first place. Though it is the woeful AFC South.
They are at least giving the NFC West a good run for the money in the worst division in the NFL.

8. Well, that they are
but the idea behind them getting St. Timmeh was more about filling all those seats they have to disguise as blank walls to keep from getting blacked out.

Wouldn't it suck if they didn't sell out a home playoff game??

9. You can't say that
Edited on Mon Dec-06-10 07:28 PM by JonLP24
The AFC South's last place team is 5-7. You can't say that about any other division. Interestingly enough, the division with the second toughest (according to wins-losses) last place team is the Cowboys of the NFC East with a 4-8 record.

3. I certainly didn't expect this to happen so soon...
At the end of the season, sure... But with 4 games left? Wasn't expecting that.

Wow... The Broncos are really in a very bad situation now. It's gonna be a while before they're relevant again...

11. Dumb move - he clearly is great at offense
Orton... ORTON is killing in stats. The problem is that they have been really thin on the D line all year-from the beginning. A new coach is not going to fix that.

Dumb move.
