5. In all fairness, I would love to see the Cubbies & Sox in the
World Series. I mean, hell, it took us 86 years to break the curse.

6. Frankly, I think it's the ONLY way that the Cubs WILL break our curse
My theory is that the Cubs WERE under 2 Curses. The BillyGoat curse, lifted several years ago, AND the Curse of the Bambino.

If you check your Cub/Red Sox History, the Red Sox last World Series Win (before last year) was the 1918 win over guess who? The Chicago Cubs!

So, last year, when I found this out, I knew the Red Sox would have to win and break their curse first. A Cubs v Red Sox World Series would have been a nightmare.

Now the Cubs MUST meet and beat the Red Sox in the World Series to break our curse. Hopefully this year.

BTW, Cubs fans would LOVE to have broken such a tiny, 86 year curse.

7. I must admit to some bias.
Cubbies vs. the Sox would be GREAT for baseball and our respective towns, but I really would like to have the victory parade here. Again.

I wish you guys luck & hope to see ya in October.

8. I think a Cubs v. Red Sox Series would be great.
Boston and Chicago are two great baseball towns; both have a long-suffering fan base that would make the rivalry red hot.
