Touchdown Steelers!!!
I'm watching the game alone. Had to share my euphoria with someone. :)

5. Baltimore may of a scored a wierd TD
No one realized the fumble may have been a fumble for around 5 seconds.

6. Pretty bumpy game so far - plenty of penalties, and now this screw-up
Good for Redding, though - it's always cool to see a big guy in the endzone...

9. I didn't think about it until too late. I wanted to know what Roth*&$&
was doing on that play. Did he try to get the ball?

11. I'm not sure
Edited on Sat Jan-15-11 06:09 PM by JonLP24
but he was hit. I'm almost positive there were other Steelers closer to the ball and no one on Pittsburgh's side moved an inch when the Baltimore player picked it up and ran it in.

On edit-I just saw the reply. Roethlisberger was getting off the ground as Baltimore picked it up and ran it in. The Pittsburgh linemen were actually walking AWAY from the ball.

12. there was a Steeler and two Ravens walking right towards the ball
and neither of them looked at it.

And yeah, when Redding picked it up, he got two blockers but not a SINGLE Steeler moved.

10. When will Pittsburgh start playing?
Don't they know they get paid extra for these games?

Maybe they are waiting for snow?

15. So?
If he runs his business like most super-corporations, he'll find a way to waste money or otherwise make terrible decisions. Except that he can't count on a taxpayer bailout.

20. You are talking about the York Family, I assume. Is Jed looking to bring the mob back into
the teams operation??

22. MdMd, really
You really should stop wasting your time trying to get my goat by talking smack about people, real or artificial, for whom I have contempt in the first place.

No, I was not talking about Jed York. I was talking about Goldman Sachs, General Motors and all those other entities run by rabid monkeys whose business plan is to take other people's money, lots of it, invest it in a Ponzi scheme of their own, lose all the money and then get a bailout from the taxpayer without so much as a thank you in return.

17. Good decision by Tomlin
Fake like they were going to draw the defense and they go for it. Smart decision to go for it as well, it increases your chances of winning.
