The NBA declared that likely they will add a relocation fee (like they did to the Sonics) and laid out other ground rules for a move to take place. I heard Anaheim, San Jose, Las Vegas, and Seattle as possible destinations.

The King organization has done its best to fleece the taxpayers in Sacramento, but I guess they want fresh meat to carve.
Anaheim is too close to Los Angeles. Besides, the Clippers are already a Mickey Mouse team.
Las Vegas doesn't have the permanent population base to support a team. I don't think they'll attract enough gamblers to stay afloat.
Seattle is my sentimental favorite in that group, since they just lost a team. Will the taxpayers build them a new arena? I doubt it. The Kingdome was a pretty bad experience for them. Like real kingdoms throughout history, it was poorly constructed and collapsed from the top.
That leaves San Jose, but I'll bet the taxpayers will balk at the idea of a new stadium there as well.
