Poll question: Who is a better Quarterback?
I think this is pretty open and shut and am stunned somebody here thinks the Jets QB is better.

1. I believe that Sanchez is still too new...
to be considered "better" than Aaron Rodgers...
but that doesn't mean that he can't outplay him should it come to that.

I'll even admit Sanchez isn't better than Tom Brady; but Brady got sacked five time last night, and Sanchez: zero times.

2. Right now? A-12. No question.
"Sanchise" looked pretty weak in the first half yesterday, but picked it up when he had to. Rodgers simply dominated.

In fact, I don't understand why you didn't include him and Cutler in the poll..

5. Because
this is a continuation of an argument that started in another thread that was debating who was better between Rodgers and Sanchez.

8. I'm the inspiration for this thread
Apparently when your opinion is different than madbadger's "You have no credibility...none" and if you continue to state your case your statements are "Idiotic" :argh: <------madbadger while reading my posts

11. You have no credibility (and neither do the other 4 who voted for Sanchez) cuz it isnt even close.
Edited on Mon Jan-17-11 06:15 PM by MadBadger
Here's a stat that you so disdain but I'll put up anyway. Mark Sanchez' passer rating this year was 75.7, good for 27th in the league. Rodgers' was 101.2, good for 3rd. Oh, and last year, Sanches had a passer rating of 63, while Rodgers' was 103.2

Make the argument you want that the Jets are better than the Packers. I may even agree with you (though I dont). But to say that Sanchez is better because his team just beat two Future Hall of Famers? Really?

10. So that's why you're being so hostile?
You look at our difference in agreement as an argument. I look at it as two people with two different opinions. I was wondering why your statements against me were getting personal but know i know.

14. Rodgers is the better one, but all that matters is wins.
Namath threw about 100 more career picks than TDs and yet is widely considered one of the best of all time. I honestly think if he hadn't made the prediction and won he wouldn't even be in the HoF.

15. Nope
He was a mediocre quarterback at best. He's in the Hall of Fame because of Super Bowl III.

21. That would be mildly interesting.
The only thing that matters -- in the equation of Favre and Rodgers -- is that it has become clear that the Green Bay coaching staff knew they had a young gun that they could not let go just because Favre wanted to play his annual "Will I, or wont I" game. No one in Wisconsin is doubting the decision to let Favre go, at this point in time.
