5. The World Champions don't have any roiders.
And look at the numbers, baseball is a solid #2, with it's popularity holding steady. MLB has survived the steroid era.

No salary cap is fucked up, it's just an uneven playing field, but owners like in Pittsburgh sure aren't helping matters by running the Pirates on the cheap, just so they can turn a profit..

9. Well football does have more excitement and anticipation than baseball or racing.
Baseball is boring. Racing is just for the noise and waiting for crashes to happen.
