anybody see that Mets game last night? . . .

incredible . . . the kind of game that makes you love baseball . . .

first, Carlos Beltran makes an unbelievable catch to rob Molina of a homer and two RBIs . . .

then, in the eighth, with the Angels leading 2-1, Marlon Anderson pinch hits an inside-the-park home run to tie the game . . .

and in the bottom of the tenth, with the Angels leading 3-2, Cliff Floyd has an amazing at-bat with two outs that results in a three run walk-off homer to win it for the Mets . . .

great game, and a whole lot of fun to watch . . .

oh, btw . . . the Yankees shut out the Cards 5-0 today, behind Randy Johnson's first game in New York as the Big Unit . . . pitched great, for a change . . .

of course, we left in the top of the 9th, so we missed everything.
