Poll question: NIT?
The NCAA selection committee's numerous egregious errors left quite a few tasty morsels for the Tournament's poor relation, the NIT. How does a Garden showdown between Colorado, Alabama, Virginia Tech and St. Mary's (CA) sound?

So who's your "NIT pick"?

1. Fuck the NIT.
They took Miami of Florida and made them a effing 2 seed and ignored the team with the better record and better standing in the ACC in Maryland. Because you know, Miami of Florida is such a big time basketball school..:sarcasm:

2. Well, they did choke away an 18-point lead to UNC with 8 minutes left
Who else can say that? :sarcasm:

4. You seem to have a legitimate beef
part of the problem is that the NIT now gives automatic bids to regular-season conference champs who fail in their conference tournaments and don't get an at-large bid. This year there were a whopping 14 of them -- nearly half the field.

12. I hate to break this to you, but I didn't go to Harvard.
It just seems like a trendy annoying-hipster pick.
