3. Thanks
I realized after I posted I probably could find out when it happens online. I didn't think about that at the time and don't have cable. I would appreciate you telling me but I don't want you to do something you don't necessary feel like doing.

6. I've also heard CBs Patrick Peterson or Prince Amukamara...
Nate Clements played terrible last season. Consider the possibility that Harbaugh has identified a real coachable sleeper at QB in the lower rounds.

but odds are he's going to be gone....I like Prince Amakumara. They can get a QB later..

19. He is terrific receiver
I seen him in quite a few games. He also dominated my Devils who had one of the top defenses in the top 10 in '09. I think he is worth it IMO.

24. Depending on the receiver
Edited on Thu Apr-28-11 07:45 PM by JonLP24
The elite ones can score on one play, catch over a defender, catch almost all passes, keep feet in-bounds etc. Like a Fitzgerald who was picked 3rd, I believe Andre Johnson was as well. Not saying AJ Green is going to be elite, but he is clearly the best receiver available.

I agree it helps to have a supporting cast, I think it depends on needs for the team at the time and best player available.

20. Yes!
Rogers-Cromartie and Patrick Peterson. About time they get a solid #2 and in this case, Rogers-Cromartie could very well be the #2 if Peterson turns out to be worth the #5 pick.

Best story of the draft, IMO

Fairley has some weaknesses but they'll be minimized with so many teams forced to double team Suh

47. Trying to justify a separate day for rounds 2 and 3 is a reach
Snoozer all the way around. It finally livened up when Todd McShay joined ESPN's coverage for round 3. After hearing nothing but praise for every pick for two days on ESPN and NFL Network, McShay within minutes described someone as, "mediocre at best."

I'll never understand the praise for Mike Mayock. His style never varies, a rambling, "Tape...tape...tape...kid...tape...kid...tape...tape....kid."

Mayock will rattle off 4 names for every pick and twist it to self praise no matter who is chosen. He'll say me mentioned off air that Oakland might take that guy. Or he'll claim a correct call in a production meeting a month ago.
