My Braves will do what they can to give the Orioles a few more loses but no promises. Maybe this morning the Orioles will see they are out of first and decide to get their shit together and take it out on my Braves.

Ten wins in their last 11. The hitting has been good and the starting pitching even better. Schill's due back probably after the All-Star break. Sweet.
I know it's a long season but I like the view from the top.
Go Sox!
:woohoo:

10. Wasn't watching my Braves today |
|
so I checked the scoreboard on ESPN to see what you meant..
damn 4-0... still you guys came in within two yesterday after being down 7-1.. not impossible to phantom you can tie or take the lead in the final two innings.
But for my team's sake I hope you don't :).
Red Soxs have been on a tear as of late.... and it looks like they will have successfully thwacked the phillies when it is all said and done today.

Making me edgey in the ninth inning. They've been doing this a lot this year grrrr...
Edit: Now 4-3 STOP THAT heh :).
Edit: ONe final one I promise.. now tied... damn Braves... with our less than fantastic ability to close and your ability to come back... it was a match made in heaven.

My Oriole fan chum. They had me twitching in the ninth. Jones has just been HOT as of late. . . and with Chipper being on the DL... I hope he continues his current magnitude of hotness :).

I remember taking a 2-0 lead in the Series only to have it slammed back at us as the Yankees went to win the next 4..
"Sigh" 13 division titles but only 1 W.S... (At least we got one)... but for some reason 92 is still my favorite season... true we lost the W.S that year.. but I took Sadistic Glee and denying the Pirates in Game Seven.

and that stupid Jeff Meier kid denied me my dreams of a world series, yeah I remember that series, too bad you guys didnt beat those bastards in 96, then I doubt we would be hearing about the Yankee dynasty of then, anyhow I guess I would prefer the Sox take the division over the Yankees.

and the Red Sox are really on a run . With the Yankees getting whipped y Tampa Bay and the Mets, now's the time for the Red Sox to really make the vil empire suffer
and to thnk that Schilling's been on the DL so long and they still take over first place...
