How did the Gotti/Mayweather fight
turn out?

1. Results.
Mayweather won by TKO in round 6. From what I was told, Gatti was outclassed the entire fight and got knocked down in the 1st. The result did not surprise me at all.

3. Outclassed,
outsped, and moved backwards much of the fight. Also, Gatti reminded all boxers what the ref means when he says, "Protect yourself at all times." Gatti attempted to complain to the ref in the first round when Mayweather hit him after the ref called, "Break." Floyd had indeed been cautioned earlier to stop hitting on the break. Gatti lowered his guard, and Floyd decked him.

I did not anticipate Mayweather being that much stronger at this weight. A match-up of him and Ricky Hatton could be an actual "superfight."
