I kinda feel bad for Raffy right now, I don't think he was a major juicer (not like Canseco and Macguire at least), AND he got to 3000 hits, something that steroids can't help you achieve, so I would hope that his numbers would get him in.

Also, I wish MLB would disclose WHAT substance he tested positive for. If he tested positive for andro, or some dietary supplement you can get at GNC (which do show up on tests), then I don't think this should affect his chances of getting into the Hall at all. I remember when some Olympic athletes got kicked out for using Sudafed, so again, the key question is what substance did he get caught using?
