10. As a Mariners prospect, he's already got quite a hill to overcome
They have a bad habit of leaving their best pitching prospects on the shelf with elbow and shoulder problems. Let's hope this one holds up, but right now, I'm in the "hype" category until he proves capable of beating the odds.

And still none of them ever pitched in the majors like Felix did yesterday, perhaps excepting Meche's early season run in 2003.
