Ohio State/Texas game on Sept 10. Has anyone here heard that
Bush is attending? I was on a Buckeyes website a few minutes ago and saw just a slight mention of this being a possibility. PLEASE tell this isn't so!! I have tickets and will seriously consider not going because I don't want to be within 100 yards of that monster. I'm a huge Buckeyes fan (I work for OSU) and it will kill me not to go. But I take my GWB hating seriously. I asked the question on that website but so far no one has responded. They can be somewhat freeperish there whenever the subject of politics comes up. I asked the question benignly but will let my feelings be known if I find out it's true. I'm NOT attending a Bush political rally and you know that's what it will end up being.

1. Nixon went to UT/Arkansas
So it's not a stretch for a criminal president to attend.

2. No I had not heard that
The UT students are all pissy because apparently the university has only made something like 500 tickets availible to students (I guess a lot of students are willing to make the trip to Columbus).

Oh, and our boys are going to kick your ass.

3. We'll see who kicks who's ass!! But anyway back to the Bush bashing,
don't you think that's presumptuous of him to attend. It's going to be a crazy place anyway - all of the OSU night games are. And that idiot and his cabal will make it a trillion times crazier.

I've always heard that there's a minimum of 5000 tickets available to the visiting team. 500 seems very low, considering the capacity of 101,000 or so.

I have tickets to that game. I love Ohio State Football but I
loath that murdering election stealing monster ......

I would not be able to keep my temper if the announced
that he was there. For the love God can that bastard stay
the hell out of Columbus?

I saw and heard the election theft 1st hand here in
Central Ohio ...... And now he is coming back.

They better get ready to pipe in canned cheers because
I guarantee @ least 40,000 people will boo his ass. Is
there nothing I care about he can not spoil?

BTW Vince will not fell young after Mr. Hawk, Mr Whitner,
Mr. Carpenter, Mr. Schelegal, Mr. D'Andre, Mr. Green, and
company get done with him.

5. That is exactly how I feel. I just don't know how I am going to sit
that close to that ass. People should be able to enjoy a good game of football without his intrusion. Can you imagine the extra security?? It's bad enough as it is for a normal game. PLEASE, PLEASE let it not be true! I'm going to call the Athletic office Monday and find out.

6. TYBOB (Turn Your Back On Bush**)!!!
Last time ** showed up in Ohio (for an OSU graduation), an intrepid group of progressives led by then-DUer, and later Dem congressional candidate, Jeff Seemann (AWD), "Turned Their Backs On Bush**"! There were threats of arrests for daring to show disrespect to the Almighty Emperor :puke: ! (They ultimately wussed out on the arrests.)

Okay Bushbashers, if you don't want to go to the game, please sell your tickets to me. I've got the hotel and air fare booked and all I need are the tix. I'll go no matter who is there! I'm serious about buying the tix ...

10. Wait for the cameras to take a shot of the crowd
Then hold up a huge sign that says, "OSU Is NOT Bush Country!"

You two awesome teams playing. Don't let something as meaningless as Bush following his favorite college team prevent you from having fun.
Hell, if you don't want to go then sell your tickets to me, I'll gladly take this "burden" off of your hands.
