How 'bout them Cowboys? Seriously.
Two years ago they went 10-6, never beating a decent team all year. Last year they had about the same level of talent, but played a decent schedule, and got killed. Check out their schedule this year. They could start 5 and 1, even 7 and 1, with a little luck.

Could be another of those years where their final win/loss count looks more impressive than they are.

2 Mon, Sep 19 Washington

2. LOL! I know what you mean
Although I'm sure many of the teams I'm chalking up as possible wins are looking at their schedule and saying "Cowboys? Fuck Yeah!"

3. Your Cowboys are playing the Skins the second week of the season
Just after the Bears play the Skins. Used to be that the Bears led the league in beating up on teams so much that they typically lost the week AFTER playiing the Bears. May be the case this year as well. The Bear defense looks tough, but the offense won't put up enough points to make a difference.

4. Even Tuna can't get blood out of a stone
What talent have the Cowboys added since last year that makes you think they suddenly will be world beaters?

The way I see it the Cowboys will be lucky to finish third in their division behind the Eagles and Giants.

5. Bledsoe's an improvement over Testaverde
They've got decent receivers, a great defensive backfield, and pretty good offensive line. They don't have to be good to beat the Giants. They don't even have to be alive to beat the Redskins. Barring a meteor strike they don't have a chance against the Eagles, although they have surprised them before.

I don't think they're better than last year, my point was that their schedule is easier. They weren't any worse last year than the year before, but the difference in schedule gave them a five game swing.

6. They'll be lucky to reach 8-8.
Bledsoe is going to get killed and dudes are going to run right by Roy Williams now that he can't horse collar people. Another season of pain for the Cowgirls.
