So, Fantasy Football Question- change defenses? |
|
I am not obsessed with FF, I tend to forget who I'm playing, unless I'm with other people in the league, but anyway.
I have the Falcons D, played really well last night, go I drop them for this week and pick up the Cowboys? operating under the 'get whoever's playing the 'skins' theory? hmm...

1. With the Falcons as your DEF, maybe not. |

The Falcons are a good DEF against most any team. However, I have in the past, and with some success, dropped my DEF every week and went with the matchups. But that was only when I was operating with a weak DEF to begin with. I'd stick with the Falcons unless you have another player you can drop for the Cowboys and still keep the Falcons in reserve.

2. only two bench players |

in my league, Brian Westbrook and Aaron Brooks. (yes, I have good running backs, and I need Brooks for when Culpepper's on a bye in week 5, or maybe not, it's not a QB league, maybe I can survive without Brooks, I'm not cutting westbrook, that's for sure) hmmm

They gave the Eagles absolute hell last night, and they play Seattle next week, so they'll play just as well I think. Philly has a much better offense than Seattle, so I wouldn't think they're production would go down.
Problem is, if you drop ATL, I would assume someone else would snatch them up pretty quickly and keep 'em all year. They looked like a top 5 D last night.
