The puck drops tonight!
NHL pre-season begins with 3 games: WAS v. CAR, EDM v. CAL, and MIN v. PHX. I don't have TV coverage of any of these games, but it's comforting just knowing that they're happening and that there might be highlights on tonight's Sportscentre.

8. Cool... a Wild fan
I took my son to the practice Saturday morning. The line for tickets was unbelievable. I think the entire season is almost sold out.

I just hope Risebrough's plan works. A lot of peop[le are pissed he didn't sign any big names.

Although the silver lining is that Eric Lindros managed to play the entire game without getting another concussion.
