NCAA Finds Fraud at TCU
http://insidehighered.com/news/2005/09/23/tcu

The National Collegiate Athletic Association punished Texas Christian University’s men’s track program on Thursday for a set of rules violations that included some of the most egregious and unusual examples of academic fraud in recent history.
They included an instance in which a former assistant coach took a final examination alongside a track athlete — with the consent of the faculty member in the course — and then swapped his version of the test with the athlete’s, allowing him to pass....

9. What leads you to believe that TCU and SMU are conservative schools?
They are certainly not liberal, but just because they have a religion in their name does not make them conservative.

So we got that goin' for us, which is nice.

Too bad we don't have a secondary. That would help.

10. Incredible win for TCU today
Down big at one point at BYU. But they rallied to take the lead late and won 51-50 in OT. Kind of a break in OT because the RB looked like he might have fumbled the ball just before the goal line, but there wasn't a good TV angle and the call was not overturned. BYU had missed the extra point after scoring first in OT.

13. I didn't know...
..that enough people/boosters cared about collegiate track to commit NCAA violations on behalf of track athletes. Or that the NCAA cared enough to bust athletes/programs in those sports.
