I don't hate the Detroit Pistons. |
|
I'm a very loyal Spurs fan, and I can recognize that the Pistons are playing the best basketball in the NBA right now. No whining, no crying, no bitching about shitty officiating. I hope there is a Finals rematch this season. Hopefully there will be 7 more great games.

...and hope that last night's game is indicative of what the finals will be like. :-)

The new offensive approach of the Pistons makes them a much more dangerous team. That's great. I'm not the biggest admirer of Larry the Vagabond. The Professor

6. Yeah, I'm afraid of that. |
|
Coach Popovich reamed out the team after a victory over the Nets earlier this week. I think the Spurs are a bit complacent. They think they can turn the switch to "on" when the playoffs arrive. Popovich knows better. I'm also worried about Tim Duncan's feet. He's been fighting plantar fasciatis all season. Sigh...I can't whine though. 3 championships is 3 more than I ever thought I'd see.

7. Ooh Plantar Inflammation. That's A Bad Chronic Problem |

I've never had it, but i know two people who did. It hurts like heck. Those guys were walking worse than i do from the MS. Both of them cleared up with rest, but kind of hard to Timmy to get rest in the middle of the season. The Professor

8. I think Larry Brown gave them some heart, some emotion |

after the workmanlike but personality-free team Carlisle put together. Flip Saunders is just the final touch.
Planatar fasciatis is tough.
