Cynthia Cooper as Coach

Cynthia Cooper is now the coach of Prairie View A&M University. I was interested in going to see a Texas Southern v. Prairie View women's basketball game since Cooper was the coach. I went to the both school's website to find the schedule for the game. I learned I had missed the game that took place in Houston. While I was at the PVAM website I notice that the team only had 3 wins versus 14 loses. I know some people may say that the answer to my question, which is is Cynthia Cooper a bad coach, the wins versus loses. However, I just wanted to get someone elses opinion. Maybe the team she is coaching is not that good. So, does anyone know for sure if Cynthia Cooper is a good or bad coach?
