Colts favored (4-1) to win NEXT Super Bowl
http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2322062

The MGM Mirage has already installed the Indianapolis Colts, who lost to the Steelers in the playoffs this year after being viewed as the favorite much of the season, as 4-1 favorites.

The Seattle Seahawks, who lost Sunday to the Steelers, are the favorite in the NFC at 5-1.

The oddsmakers also have the New England Patriots, winners of three of the past five Super Bowls, at 5-1.

As for the champion Steelers, they and the Carolina Panthers are both listed at 6-1

6. that would make for a pretty potent offense
and he could probably go a year without being a huge problem, just like he did in philly. If they got him, I think they would have a great shot at the Super Bowl.

Another WR free agent that intrigues me is one Antwan Randle-El. How devoted are the Steelers to resigning him?

7. Randel El only 'fits' with the steelers
Steeler's are the only team that insists on having that kind of versatility. I hope he realizes this when the offers come in. He had an ok season 2 returns for touchdowns but his kick return avg is low and the pass in the super bowl was great but how many times can you exploit that?

8. I guess I'm just intrigued with what Shanahan could do with
such versatility :) But you're right about his stats not being quite as impressive as his overall mystique, I think. He's defiitely the kind of player who needs the right situation to excel, I think ...

10. I vote for the Redskins
not because I'm a fan, but because I'd love to see what Al Saunders would do with him. imagine the pressure valve he would be for Brunell. A second reciever of absurd quickness to take the heat off of Moss, and someone else to play in the backfield with Portis. Scary. And whammo, the team gets a free backup quarterback to replace Brunell until Campbell is ready to play.

it's a great lineup.

5. The Pats will definitely be back in it next year
But the Steelers have earned their moment in the Sun, so the Colts and the Pats and everyone else can go back to the barn for a little rest

11. Don't count out Cinncinnati
As long as Palmer gets well, and they make a few key upgrades on defense they might be too much to stop.

12. 4-1?...
but i'm sure the odds of them choking are more...:) Some teams, just have that monkey, that they cannot shake....Peyton, and the Colts have that monkey...just like Arod in the playoffs, the mariners winning a pennant...sacramento choking to lakers all the time...I wouldn't put my money on the colts....new england/cinci, and tampa/sea......that my guess!...so there you have it...:)

14. All of those odds are obscenely low
The Mirage is run by a wimp oddsmaker who is notorious for being afraid to take a bet or give fair odds on future wagers. He's the same guy who is so scared of basketball totals moving that he puts juice on them instead. For example, if an NBA total is 198 and the money comes in on the over, he moves to it 198 over -140, or whatever, instead of moving the number to 199 or 200 or similar. That makes him the laughingstock of every wise guy in town.

The major offshore sportsbooks will have much higher numbers on all of those teams. In Las Vegas, the Hilton or the Golden Nugget are good places to check for future odds with much less "take."
