I don't know how many golfers are reading this, but trust me, that's about as good as it gets.

2. I think the guy's name is Stephen Ames.
He made the mistake of saying pre-match that, "The way Tiger's been hitting it off the tee, anything could happen."

4. Tiger's opponent was Stephen Ames
The only better score would have been 10 and 8

Tiger won every hole on the front nine, and halved the 10th.

I don't recognize the name, and don't know how Ames got there, but he appeared in his first Match Play Championship last year, and was beaten by Mark Hensby (who he?) 7 & 6

It appears that Mr. Ames must be a lot better at stroke play.

7. Bjorn dropped out
and he was next in line and avaliable for the sacrifice.

By the way, this has never happened in men's competitive golf at the Professional level (or in the US amateur or in UK competition.

6. 7 under through the first 8 holes
would have beaten anyone in the world. This is superhuman golf and simply reinforces Tiger as the most fearsome competitor in the game. Can't wait for the Masters.
