Dolan considers buying out Brown's contract (Knicks)
Larry Brown's dream job with the New York Knicks could end after only one season.

Madison Square Garden chairman James Dolan, who's upset over Brown's record and the coach's public criticism of his players, is considering buying out the final four years of the coach's contract, the New York Daily News and New York Post reported in Sunday's editions.

The buyout is worth at least $40 million, the newspaper reported.

The Knicks declined to comment.

This is bullshit. Isiah should be fired and Dolan should sell the team. The only bright spot was Thomas.

1. Planned Question
At first I planned to ask you who was worse in this case Dolan or Brown. I knew about Brown's supposed team hopping. However, I had heard Micheal Wilbon say that Dolan's were not really the best people to work for. It seemed like he was saying that they did a bad job of owning the team. However, since I had known about Brown's reputation with team I was just wondering if it was Dolan or Brown who was to blame. Have you heard the talk that sources are saying that Isiah Thomas may take over as coach? If Isiah Thomas takes over as coach how do you see that going? I am not sure Isiah Thomas will be able to control the team. It seems like things might worse.

2. Isiah is like having the Republicans take over all three branches of govt.
Mismanagement, disaster and debt. Already the Knicks have had 23-59 season. They have one of the highest payrolls in the NBA. Isiah is going to keep it going.
