1. Don't know much about it |
|
but I'm willing to learn. I am more of a World Cup only fan..... Got so many other cool interests during the downtime.
If I were to pick my favorite guys it would be Ronaldinho Gaucho and Roberto Carlos.

The way it works is similar to a fantasy football league or a fantasy baseball leage. You pick 11 players plus one substitute and the better your players perform (strikers scoring, defenders keeping clean sheets etc) the more points you get. The person with the most points wins. No prizes, just a warm fuzzy feeling. Plus it's free to enter! :-)

2. Doesn't that defeat the purpose? Isn't it a chance for countries to pull |
|
together and root for their teams? I know I always have a good time rooting for Ireland when they're in it.

3. Not really if you are passionate about your own country |
|
I'm hardly going to complain if England beat a team with lots of my players in it. That kinda outweigh's any bad feelings you get from not getting all the points that you could. :-)
