all my teams flamed out early, so I just got to watch some great football, but still, I kinda want my life back.

By the way, I have learned something important. if you ever get dumped by your fiancee, make sure it's the week before the World Cup Finals start, you get a month of something else to obsessively think about something else, and a grand new collection of random people to hang out with.

5. Ah well, not too long before the English football season starts

At which point I will have to brave the terrors of Colchester United (who've just gone up to the Championship and have the worst ground you will ever see, and that's the nearest football team to where I live!)
