Landis, Armstrong, and Steroids

Some of you may know that Floyd Landis, the winner of the most recent Tour De France is going through a trial involving whether he used steroids. Recently, one person who was called to be a witness at the trial did not testify in that he did not want to speak about Lance Armstrong. Does this person refusal to testify about Landis in order not to have to testify about Lance Armstrong lend any support to the belief that Armstrong used steroids during his time winning the Tour De France? Maybe I am wrong, but I do not see any other reason someone would refuse to speak about Armstong.

2. Armstrong was the most tested althlete ever.

He consistently passed and challenged all who made false allegations against him. Landis had both his samples fail and apparently afriend of Landis threatened Greg LaMonde, that it would be revealed LaMonde was abused as a child.
