2. Rooting against the Eagles is anti-american. |
|
That said, If the Eagles lose again, they are going the way of the Bills.

4. How in hell are the falcons going to score 17? |
|
Edited on Fri Jan-21-05 12:52 PM by sportndandy
They aren't as good as the Vikings offensively. Mike Vick is going to have to throw for a lot more than 115 yards to beat the Eagles. The Eagles will go up early forcing Vick to throw, which he can't do. Several picks and sacks later:
Eagles 27 Falcons 9
And the other game, contrary to popular opinion, is going to be a barn-burner. The Steelers are going to go to four wide-receivers and throw throw throw and they will score score score. The Patriots will answer. This game will still come down to a field goal.
Steelers 31 Patriots 28
fixed some spelling

I'd be surprised if there's 20 points scored combined in both games.

7. hold the Steelers to a touchdown? pfft. |
|
That's the thing about the Steelers. If they're down by 3 with more than a minute left, they'll find a way to score a TD.
But it *will* be as tight as everyone's saying. I think it's going to come down to whoever has the ball last and can kick a last-gasp field goal.

10. Here's an honest, unbiased prediction |
|
There are so many Pats fans around here, you'd think the Steelers have a snowball's chance of winning. Well, I think they're in for a rude awakening.
Steelers: 24 Pats: 17
Philly is due for a trip to the Big One. They have home field and the cold will do to the birds what it did to the Colts.
Eagles: 31 Falcons: 14
