Pats open up as a six point pick for the Super Bowl.
TODAY was a good day.

TODAY I won over 800.00 dollars.

I had both game winners and I hit the over on the over/under on both games.

I got another 200.00 clams from the knuckleheads I work with that were buying that Steeler garbage they were selling.

I got the Pats winning again.

Pats 39
Iggles 21

3. N.E. is a mirror image of the Steelers only better polished
For stopping a passing game. Pittsburgh knocked Philly out rather easily, N.E. will do the same. They are even better setup to beat a team like the Eagles than the Steelers were if you didn't notice with the Colts.

N.E. forced Pittsburgh out of their game and started early demoralizing Pittsburgh with the picks and quick scores. They are the Champs and the SB is already over I hate to say. The team that could keep up playing that game with N.E. is giving hand signals to rest of the league for this year :hi:

Same type of scenario.

5. I don't follow the parallel . . .

GB was a 14 point favorite, but lost 34-27.

Course, another example might be the Rams against the Patriots...I sure as hell took the points on that one.

6. It'll go up.
Wait till it hits about 10, and then take the points.

10. What I'm saying is that the oddsmakers will push it up
because everyone's going to be betting on the Patriots, what with all the hype. That'll push it up.

11. TAKE THE POINTS!!!!
Eagles always always always cover the spread when they are getting points. In fact, they win when they are the dog. Patriots cover a lot too, but the only reason the line is as high as it is is to attract philly money. It won't go any higher.

12. The line is for betting only!
It has very little to do with the teams playing. It has everything to do with the betting public.

For the Superbowl Vegas has set a line of 7 points in favor of the Patriots. The line is set here because at this level gamblers who favor the Patriots are balanced by gamblers who favor the Eagles.

I think the line here indicates strong insider betting to the eagles because it appears that the general public is behind the patriots. At seven points vegas is able to attract plenty of big dollar eagle bets to counter the small time patriot bets. I think if this wasn't so the line would be considerably higher.

The insiders are going with the eagles and the points. I think you can all forget about the patriots winning a super blow out. Either the patriots will win without covering or the eagles will take the game.
