Why I think the Boston Celtics will win... |
...home court advantage. That's it. The Lakers scare me, but I'm hopeful the home court advantage will carry the day.

2. So you don't think LA will win at all in Boston? |
They have been the best road playoff team this year. I don't think Boston is better or more experienced than SA Spurs, and Kobe dismissed them with ease.

5. With the exception of Game 2 against Detroit, Boston didn't lose at home... |
...and there were plenty of close games, yet they pulled them out at home. Also, Boston started playing very well in the Detroit series...they didn't look so great before that..maybe they're peaking at the right time?

6. Well if Detriot can win one in Boston |
I am sure that LA can, and that will give LA home court. I don't believe that Boston can win in LA.

3. Home court advantage is good |
but generally, even with home court, you are going to have to win at least once on the opponents court. I'm rooting for the Celtics, I really dislike the Lakers, particularly Kobe who gets away consistently with throwing his elbows around. Trouble is, I really don't know what to expect, lets hope it's better than the NHL finals are turning out to be.

4. Kobe struggled against the Celtics during the regular season |
They did a great job with team defense shutting him down. Also, Gasol won't be quite as effective with Kendrick Perkins guarding him.

I think it comes down to D. It starts and ends with Kobe and Garnett. If they can play inspired defense then it will carry over to the rest of their teammates. Both teams can score in bunches. Whoever plays more consistently at the defensive end, wins.
