The Mythology of Brett Favre
When will the mythology of Brett Favre end? This morning at the beginning of "The Sports Reporters" John Saunders made the statment along the line that Brett Favre made plays that only he can make. Can anyone tell me any of these play that only Brett Favre can make? In addition, if there are so many plays that only he can make than why does he only have one superbowl win and has only been to two superbowls? I think it is just crazy that sports reporters make such a big deal about Brett Favre.

2. I like Farve and I agree with you, STRONGLY. Just as in politics...
people have projected a whole lot of qualities on Farve that don't really seem to be there.

4. Packers are 2-0
Jets are 1-1. Yeah it's real early but Rodgers has 0 interceptions and Favre has 1. I am a Packers fan and respect what Favre did for the Pack. But now he isn't a Packer anymore so who cares?

5. And the Favre-led Jets failed their first test today...
...and the Pats passed. Favre is not going to make as much of an impact as they thought.
