From worst to first. Ladies and gentlemen, the Tampa Bay Rays
Magic number is one. They lost today, but if the Sox lose to the Tribe tonight, the Rays will be crowned AL East champions. What a great story! Small market, small payroll, and a first place finish in the bad ass east. To quote Mr. Gleason, "How sweet it is!"

2. In that division, especially - that's a hell of an accomplishment.
Not just the Sox and Yanks, but the Blue Jays have been tough this year, too. As for the Orioles? Well, they're the Orioles. They don't really count. They'll always be 70-92.

Anybody that makes it out of the AL East is more than capable of winning the Series.
