I use www.myp2p.eu (at the moment it's down, which granted is not a great intro to the site, but really it has been a saving grace for me on important EPL days)

Basically you DL a couple applications for free, use their listings, and click on the game you want to see.

You'll have to download whatever player the stream you want is using... and I'm not sure they'll have what you want, but they seem to have damn near everything.
